We aim to use fresh ingredients from local suppliers. All beef is reared on the Isle of Wight, with the majority from Steyne Farm.
Our fishmonger is an island-based company, J&B fisheries.
In the evenings we serve our meat, fish and vegetarian option sizzling on a volcanic hot rock.
All Black Rock mains are served with fries and salad. Please do not touch the rock.
